We are delighted to announce that Szilveszter Hangya has signed a 1+1-year contract with our club. Hangya's previous deal was due to expire in June, but following successful negotiations he will continue his career with our team – from July, now at Kispest–Honvéd FC. This means his one-year contract can be extended by a further year if both parties are satisfied. The experienced left-back joined our club in September 2024 after a lengthy injury and quickly became a key member of the team. Our ten-cap international has captained the side since the start of the 2025–26 season, has worn the Honvéd shirt in 58 competitive matches in total and has contributed to our successes with assists on several occasions. His experience and mentality make him an important figure both on the pitch and in the dressing room.
We are proud that Szilveszter Hangya will continue to strengthen our club!
