Duration of the Sports Event: lasts from the arrival of the participants at the sporting venue until the participants leave the venue.
Sports Facility: the building and grounds serving as the venue for holding the sports event (Bozsik Aréna).

- In addition to personal belongings and subject to ground regulations, participants may only bring official club flags and emblems of the competing teams – only home team flags into the home sector, and flags of the visiting club into the away sector; on national flags, only the names of official towns/cities of the country may be displayed; bringing any other banners requires the permission of security, and displaying choreographies requires the prior permission of the organizer.
Conduct at the Sports Event
- The provisions of these ground regulations apply and must be observed throughout the entire territory of the Bozsik Aréna. The arena territory includes the immediate surroundings of the stadium, up to the pavement parallel to Puskás Ferenc utca, the line of flower vendor containers at Temető köz, the perimeter fence running from Temető köz to the railway crossing, and up to the entrance gate of the away supporters' railway overpass. Within this perimeter, the Organizer keeps open areas accessible to public circulation, but reserves the right to treat the entire area as private property and enforce ground regulations (except provisions applicable strictly inside the stadium building), including enforcing rules of conduct, protecting property and assets, and recording, managing, and storing CCTV footage for facility security in compliance with applicable laws.
- The rules of public circulation areas are binding on all persons entering the area, regardless of whether they hold entry rights to the stadium.

- not climb fences and other structures of the facility;
- not stand on seats;

- refrain from smoking inside the stadium, which is strictly prohibited.
- The organizer is obliged to instruct any participant endangering the staging of the sports event or personal safety and property, or engaging in conduct that is racist, incites hatred, political, causes fear, or causes public offense, not associated with sportsmanlike support, to cease such conduct; following this warning, the participant may be removed.
- If a participant or person seeking entry fails to meet the criteria of the ground regulations during the sports event or does not cease prohibited conduct upon security warning, entry must be denied or they must be removed from the event. Security will request the person being removed to verify their identity. If the person fails to comply, security will immediately notify the police for identity verification, unless otherwise provided by law. Security may detain the person until police arrive, up to a maximum of three hours from notification, provided detention takes place within view of surveillance cameras.
- Anyone who violently or by threat resists lawful measures taken by police or security to maintain order, enters or attempts to enter areas restricted from spectators or specific groups of spectators, or throws objects endangering the sports event or bodily integrity into such areas, commits a criminal offense.
- Use of parking spaces at the Bozsik Aréna is permitted solely in accordance with the Organizer's rules. The Organizer is entitled to take action against unauthorized parking or violations of rules and instructions during parking.
- Traffic and parking across the entire area of the Bozsik Aréna are subject to standard Road Traffic Regulations (KRESZ).
- Parking areas cordoned off by the Organizer are reserved exclusively for authorized vehicles.
- Spectators are liable for damages resulting from violations of safety regulations; in case of multiple tortfeasors, spectators involved are jointly and severally liable. Liability for damages does not affect misdemeanor or criminal liability. The tortfeasor is required to reimburse the sports organization for all costs arising from the damage caused.
- Participants entering an event organized at the Bozsik Aréna must comply from the moment of entry with currently applicable health regulations and the provisions prescribed by the Hungarian Football Federation (MLSZ) for the event. Enforcing these provisions is the responsibility of the Organizer, which must act in the same manner as with other rules of conduct.
- If any person participating in an event notices damage to the Bozsik Aréna or an accident, they must immediately notify the Organizer's representative or the police.
- In an emergency or other official incident, all participants must follow instructions from persons designated by the Organizer or authorities (police, disaster management, emergency services). Participants are liable to the Organizer for damages resulting from failure to cooperate.
Security Checks, Removal, and Exclusion from the Event
- Police officers securing the event and security personnel are authorized to search participants' clothing and bags, determine identity, detain individuals, and remove them from the event;
To ensure safe departure, police may detain spectators inside the sports facility until opposing supporter groups have left the facility, the operational area of police escort, or supporter escort routes. If police are not present at the sports event, the organizer may independently decide on detention.
Video Surveillance
- During events organized within a competition system not governed by the government decree on the safety of sports events, as well as normal and high-risk sports events, the organizer (or security if employed) and the representative of the visiting sports organization are entitled – and during football matches with high or elevated security risks, obliged – to monitor participants and record footage with cameras positioned at locations and in numbers determined by police, as well as body cameras worn by the organizer or security personnel, ensuring image quality capable of individual identification, in the venue, public spaces occupied by spectators waiting for entry, and parking lots designated for spectators.
- Surveillance of the Aréna and monitoring of entry gates and security risk areas are conducted via a continuously operating camera system. By entering the Aréna, visitors accept and consent that video recordings of them may be made during their visit. The Organizer stores recordings in compliance with statutory provisions and its camera regulations, permanently deleting them after the retention period specified in the policy. Recordings are disclosed exclusively to authorized authorities and the data subject shown in the recording to protect personal data. Information regarding camera recordings is available via the link: https://honvedfc.hu/tartalom/adatvédelmitajekoztato.
Liability Insurance
- The organizer holds third-party liability insurance for participants. For such events, the existence of liability insurance is also indicated on tickets and season tickets. Only persons lawfully present at the event are eligible for liability insurance coverage. In view of statutory requirements – under which personal data recorded during entry must be erased immediately after admission or refusal of entry – insurance claims (apart from legal exceptions) can only be ensured for persons submitting their claim in writing, including the serial number of the ticket, season ticket, or entry permit, by 12:00 on the third working day following the expiration of validity (end of the match). In light of this, we recommend reporting any injury/damage claim to security during the match.
Cancellation or Matches Held Behind Closed Doors
- If a sports event is cancelled, held behind closed doors, or held with spectator capacity restrictions, the price of season tickets and purchased tickets is not automatically refunded. If a sports event is interrupted, tickets and – where applicable – season tickets remain valid for the replayed match.
