The Somogyi brothers began their careers at Videoton FC Fehérvár before joining our club from Felcsút in the 2024/25 season.
After his arrival, Ádám Somogyi featured for our senior teams, making 15 appearances in the Merkantil Bank Liga. He also played for our second team in NB III, scoring twice in ten league appearances. He spent the second half of last season on loan at Fehérvár, where he played 15 times.
Tamás Somogyi began his Kispest career with our U16 team and quickly attracted attention with his performances, scoring 14 goals in 14 matches. Last season he played primarily for our U19s, while also starting twice for our NB III team. Our 16-year-old player made his second-division debut against Karcagi SC in the 2025/26 season.
Ádám plays in the number six or number eight role, while his younger brother Tamás is an attacking midfielder. Both possess outstanding football intelligence. They have also featured regularly for their respective youth national teams, producing excellent performances in international matches. The friendly against Monor was a special milestone for the brothers, as it was the first time they had played together in our first team.
Congratulations to both players! We wish them further development, success and many memorable moments in a Honvéd shirt!
