On Monday – as previously announced – we prepared a special announcement for the club's supporters. One of the event's major announcements was our cooperation with Vulcan Shield Global. Our four-year partnership with the Singaporean company will make a major contribution to achieving the goals outlined by our club and fits perfectly with our ambitions.
“We are proud to be supported by a company for which innovation and the search for new solutions are important. Through our cooperation, we can move closer to our goal, which is nothing less than returning Honvéd to where it truly belongs. We would like the name Budapest Honvéd to be mentioned both at home and abroad not only because of its past, but also because of our renewal and vision for the future. Our long-term cooperation with Vulcan Shield Global provides the club with great stability and a predictable outlook” – said our club's managing director, Árpád Séllei, regarding the agreement.
“We are proud to support a club whose traditions and successes are intertwined with Hungary's sporting history. The values of Budapest Honvéd are exemplary both now and in the future, and we are delighted to be part of this legacy.
Our aim through this cooperation is to support every player, coach and professional from the youngest age groups to the senior team. The club's youth development has been outstanding for years, and now we can stand alongside the first team at a moment when precisely such a partnership may provide fresh momentum for Honvéd to return to where its history and name place it.
This commitment goes beyond Vulcan Shield Global's business objectives: it is based on shared values, perseverance and a passion for renewal. When we manufacture high-tech products for space research or the automotive industry, we are driven by continuous innovation and the search for solutions.
We would like Budapest Honvéd to become a symbol of renewal – a team that inspires young people and everyone who believes in development and the strength of community,” said Lóránt Komjáti, head of Vulcan Shield Global in Hungary.
