Csaba Pintér's side remains unbeaten in the Merkantil Bank Liga, currently occupying third place in the table with four wins and four draws after eight rounds. In the previous round, they played away at Soroksár SC, and although the teams went into the break with a 3–1 lead for Tiszakécske, the league leaders pulled one back after the restart and equalized in stoppage time, resulting in a 3–3 draw and a share of the points.
Although our recent friendly matches were held at the Bozsik Aréna, due to ongoing work in the stadium and the renewal of the pitch turf, we will host Tiszakécskei LC at the academy. The academy's main training pitch is currently not suitable for hosting a top-flight preparation match, which is why the game will take place on another pitch within the facility. Unfortunately, the characteristics of the pitch do not allow our supporters to watch the match on site, so it will be held behind closed doors, and for the first time in a long while, we will also be unable to broadcast the match live. We will provide a written report on the events of the match after the final whistle.
We thank our supporters for their understanding!
