After Kispest had taken a 1–0 lead, Ajka managed to turn the game around and win 2–1 in Round 4 of the Merkantil Bank Liga. Assistant coach Djordje Kamber gave his assessment after the match.
“I am very angry, and I think every supporter is angry about the result. It is difficult to know what to say: once again we lost a game that we could have won, we beat ourselves. We should have put the game to bed in the first half. We had several chances, and I am sorry that we were unable to score two or three goals in the first half. We played better in the first half, but unfortunately at the start of the second half we were once again still in the dressing room, and that gave Ajka an advantage. Even so, we had a huge chance in the second half as well, which we were unable to convert and thereby decide the game. Then we made a mistake for Ajka’s goal, and at NB II level that is simply not acceptable.”
