Almost at the same time as the Honvéd–Gyirmót match, Honvéd BKE took on ISSIMO at the MFA Youth Centre. Youla was available for us, while Kamber was missing from the team.
On paper we expected a multi-goal victory, but the match proved more difficult than anticipated. This time the team did not play as fluently as in previous games. We created chances, but the players often made the wrong decision. The winning goal, however, came after a very fine attack. In the 44th minute, Bárányos met Andric’s cross from the left first time and fired it into the net. A spectacular goal!
Our side won, even if it was hard-earned, and therefore continues to lead the table by six points ahead of MTK and Ferencváros. Honvéd BKE next plays Pénzügyőr on Monday, April 28 at Kőér utca from 19:30.
