As previously reported, the Hungary U16 team's next programme is taking place between March 1 and 6, 2026 and includes an international friendly against Sweden. Hunor Hajagos had already been called up from our club, and now our goalkeeper Dávid Czinki has joined our young forward. Our player recently received a special honour, collecting the Puskás Award for the 2025 youth player of the year.
The national team moved into its training camp in Telki on Sunday and played its first match of the year on Tuesday. Hungary beat Sweden 1–0 thanks to Dávid Orji's goal. Dávid Czinki joined the squad on Wednesday, and the youth national team will face Sweden again on Friday.
