Our U16 side claimed a convincing victory, while our youth teams also recorded two draws and two defeats at the weekend.

U14 Elite League, round 7:
Budapest Honvéd FC - DVSC 1-1 (1-0)
Goalscorers: Kovács (14.), Fürjes (60.)

Assessment by Tamás Szamosi: “We played two contrasting halves. In the first period our will and our football prevailed, while in the second our opponents took the initiative, so based on the overall picture of the match the draw was a fair result."

U15 Elite League, round 7:
Budapest Honvéd FC - Ferencvárosi TC 1-1 (0-0)
Goalscorers: Vérten (65.), Szegedi (67.)

Assessment by István Körtvélyesi: "We played a hard-fought match against FTC and were disciplined and organised throughout. We made progress defensively and also had good periods in our build-up play. I am pleased that the team's willingness to fight and its focus are moving in a very good direction."

U16 Elite League, round 7:
Vasas Kubala Akadémia - Budapest Honvéd FC  0-5 (0-2)
Goalscorers:
Somogyi (19.), För (24.), Kovács (50.), Varga (54., 67.)

Assessment by Viktor Petrók: “The team is improving week by week and this culminated in a good performance that was also matched by the result, but perhaps even more importantly, the players enjoyed the game. The boys are believing more and more in what they are doing. I hope we can maintain our form, by which I mean above all the quality of our play. Congratulations to the team!"

U17 Elite League, round 6:
llés Akadémia - Budapest Honvéd FC  3-0 (3-0)
Goalscorers:
Krone (19., 27.), Bolla (40.)

Assessment by Márton Bogdánfi: “We did not manage to cope with the conditions today and made several major mistakes, which were punished ruthlessly in this match. We discussed it with the team and I feel this defeat will be a turning point for the players in several respects. Congratulations to Szombathely for their wholehearted, enthusiastic performance, which earned them the win today."

U19 Elite League, round 6:
Illés Akadémia - Budapest Honvéd FC 2-1 (2-0)
Goalscorers:
Németh (4.), Pljesovszki (11.), Balogh (65.)

Assessment by László Takács: “We played an interesting match. We started well, yet somehow found ourselves two goals behind. After that we created a lot of chances and wanted to reduce the deficit before half-time, but several times we only managed to hit the woodwork. The pattern did not change in the second half; we managed to cut the deficit to one, but the equaliser would not come because we lacked composure in front of goal. We have already won a game this season that was more like a draw, but this time we lost a game that we should have won by several goals."
