Márton Bogdánfi, head coach:
“The game was even in the first 20 minutes, but we played patiently, were able to keep possession in the attacking third and create chances. After taking the lead, we were able to play our own game even more: we switched the play frequently and played creative, combination football in the attacking third. In the second half there was a brief spell when we could not find our rhythm and made several individual mistakes defensively, but we were able to respond. In the final period we played freely and effectively. Overall, we deserved to win because we remained motivated throughout, fought for one another and functioned as a team. I am particularly pleased that the substitutes also contributed a great deal to both our play and the result. Congratulations to the team!”

“Apart from a short spell at the beginning of the second half, we played throughout with the right mindset, attitude, intensity and quality. We controlled the match. At times we rushed things and made poor decisions in the attacking third, but by the final third of the game we were able to improve in that area too. Congratulations to the boys, we had been due a success like this.”
U15
Our U15 age group took part in two international tournaments in March and put that experience to good use in the league: Tamás Szamosi's side recorded a 5–2 victory over ETO Academy, who are third in the table. Our team are eighth in the league with 17 points and play away at DVTK on Saturday.

Tamás Szamosi:
“Everyone gave absolutely everything in the match, and it paid off: we managed to keep all three points at home. You could feel that the team had played several international matches recently – the boys carried over the mentality, attitude and experience they gained there. That was clearly visible on the pitch today and contributed greatly to the victory.”

“I feel very sorry for the boys because, in my opinion, we did not deserve to lose. This match also showed that we are on the right track. We still have a great deal of room for development ahead of us and we will continue to work hard. We have to learn that in matches like this we need to play with much more confidence and belief. The boys showed great determination, and I am sorry they were not rewarded for it. But we will soon have an opportunity to put that right.”
