The training camp for the U18 national team took place between November 1 and 4, and the schedule included an international friendly against Slovakia alongside training sessions. Six players from our club were counted on: along with Barnabás Balogh, Áron Russnák, Ádám Csörgő, Zalán Varga, and Milán Balaskó, Kende Ferencz also received a call-up to the national side.
Although the Slovaks took the lead in the first half, our boys equalized after the break through Barna Somfalvi's goal. The hosts regained the advantage in the 76th minute, but Márk Serucza leveled the score for a second time two minutes before the end of normal time, leaving the clash in a 2–2 draw. Barnabás Balogh, Áron Russnák, Ádám Csörgő, and Zalán Varga all started the match, while Kende Ferencz and Milán Balaskó also came on as substitutes.
