The Hungary U17 national team's next programme will take place in Telki between 19 and 22 January. Seven players from our club's youth system have been invited to the training camp, meaning Ferenc Ujváry, Viktor Petrók, Viktor Rankó, Botond Schön, Márk Meskó, Péter Milicz and Áron Russnák can all prove themselves to national-team head coach Gergő Jeremiás. An interesting detail is that Russnák is only 15 years old, so as a U16 player he can feature among the under-17s.
Between 19 and 25 March, the Hungary U17 national football team will play three European Championship qualifiers in succession against Portugal, Serbia and the Netherlands.
Viktor Petrók recently made his debut for the senior side as well – albeit not yet in a competitive match – and at the beginning of January we asked our just 16-year-old talent about his feelings and experiences.
