We would like to inform supporters who bought tickets before the announcement of the rescheduled match against MTK Budapest and were unable to attend at the new time that they can exchange those tickets for our match against Vasas FC or request a refund.
Affected supporters can therefore choose to exchange their purchased tickets for our next home league match, against Vasas FC, or request their money back if they do not wish to take up that option.
How to request an exchange or refund:
Online purchases should be handled by emailing an exchange or refund request to info@csakjegyek.hu.
Ticket-office purchases can be dealt with by sending the request to marketing@bhfc.hu.
In both cases, the deadline for submitting requests is August 7, 2026.
Please note that processing refunds may take up to 30 days.
