U19
Our U19 side ended the league season with a victory, winning 1–0 away to Szeged. After a goalless first half, Erik Kovács gave us the lead in the 78th minute with what proved to be the winning goal. Márton Bogdánfi's team performed consistently throughout the season and therefore ended the 2025–2026 campaign with the silver medal.

Márton Bogdánfi, head coach:
“Overall, we controlled the match throughout, but I still feel we were lacking in creating and converting chances. I am happy that we managed to end the league campaign with a win and that we can look forward to the cup final in a positive mood.”
U17
Our U17s had two matches within a week, as the previously postponed league game against Illés Akadémia was also made up before they ended the campaign against ETO at the weekend. Our academy players beat the Szombathely side 1–0 and then drew a four-goal match with the team from the banks of the Rába. Our U17 side also finished on the podium, ending the league in third place with 42 points.

Viktor Petrók, head coach:
“The match faithfully reflected our season. We tried to show our style and our approach; defensively we managed that almost throughout, while in possession it worked in certain periods. At times we were inaccurate and impatient, and in front of the opponent's goal we were not efficient enough to achieve an even better result. Taking everything into account, we should be proud of the work we have done, the development we have shown, and the fact that we consistently stood by our principles, ideas and values throughout. Congratulations and thank you to the team and the staff for that!”
U15
Tamás Szamosi's team hosted Újpest at the academy in the final round of the elite league. The visitors took the lead as early as the 12th minute, then in the second half, after a free-kick, the ball deflected off Botond Varga's leg into the purple-and-whites' net. Alexander Magyar pulled one back for us, but in the 60th minute Újpest made it 3–1, which proved to be the final score. Our U15 side finished fifth with 33 points.
Elite League, Round 22
Budapest Honvéd FC–UTE 1–3 (0–1)
Honvéd: Petró (Komzsik 58.), Török, Nyiri, Schill, Magyar, Vass, Józsa, Varga, Balázs (Bolyki 46.), Szabó, Gerebenes (Kovács 58.)
G: Magyar (57.)
Tamás Szamosi, head coach:
“We suffered a 3–1 defeat in the league match against UTE. Unfortunately we went into the game with a small squad: this week we were able to prepare with only 12 outfield players, which made things difficult. Our opponents were on top in the first half, but after the break we controlled more of the play. A nice goal brought us closer, but at 2–1 Újpest scored their third from a set piece, which decided the match. We therefore finished the league season in fifth place. Congratulations to UTE on the victory!"
U14
Our U14s ended the season with a convincing win, recording a three-goal home victory over DVSC. Miron Marte gave us the lead as early as the fifth minute, before Erik Gerencsér and Csaba Tóth extended the advantage. Although the visitors pulled one back after the interval, Marte scored his second in the 66th minute to set the final score at 4–1. Djordje Kamber's side finished the 2025–2026 season in seventh place.
Elite League, Round 27
Budapest Honvéd FC–DVSC 4–1 (3–0)
Honvéd: Mező, Karácsony, Oláh-Sebők, Horváth (Palaga 41.), Tóth, Marte, Nnadi, Kamber, Kovács (Oke 41.), Hanzély, Gerencsér
G: Marte (5.) (66.), Gerencsér (8.), Tóth (21.),
Djordje Kamber, head coach:
“I am happy that we managed to finish the season with a victory. After the tournament in Spain, where the boys had given a great deal both physically and mentally, they were able to take to the pitch with maximum concentration and motivation. We scored the first goal at the right time, then controlled the game until the end and added another three goals. There are still elements of our play that we want to improve, both individually and as a team.”
Our U16 side played its final match of the season at the end of May and recorded a convincing 8–1 home victory over Gödöllői SK. The title race was not yet decided at that point because their Budapest rivals had played fewer matches, meaning the final standings also depended on MTK's remaining results. István Körtvélyesi's team – like our U19 side – finished second in the league, while our U17 age group took third. Alongside MTK Budapest, this places us among the most successful academies in the country.
