In May 1926, at KAC's Sárkány Street ground, KAC won the Kispesti AC-BAK FC old boys match 3-2. After a 98-year break, the two teams faced each other again in early October 2024. The red-and-blacks also won the match nearly a century later, this time 7-3.

On October 12, 1924, in the fourth round of the championship, Kispesti AC beat BEAC 2-0 at the Fehérvári Road ground. Ferenc Ölvedy and István Bene scored the goals for the red-and-blacks.
The match impressed not only the spectators but referee Imre Vértes as well: “I really enjoyed the match. Both teams played well and with great enthusiasm. BEAC have no reason to be ashamed of the defeat. It was fine, fair football. It was as if the spirit of the old days had returned; the players played with finesse. You could see that the opponents respected each other,” the referee told Sporthírlap.
Kispesti AC line-up: Varga P. - Saguly, Dudás - Gyurkovics, Beck, Buday - Gresch, Bene, Fürstner, Ölvedy, Gulyás. Coach: Gusztáv Jurcsó.

On October 9, 1974, Bp. Honvéd played Vasas in the first match of a double-header at the Népstadion. Honvéd's line-up changed as early as the second minute. Bartos was injured in an incident and was replaced by Weimper, which, as it later turned out, proved to be a good substitution because in the 67th minute he gave Bp. Honvéd the lead. His goal was only enough for a draw, however, as the red-and-blues equalised through Gass in the 80th minute.
Kispest lined up as follows: Gujdár – Kelemen, Lukács, Egervári – Pál, Szűcs - Bartos (Weimper, 5.), Kocsis, Pintér, Kozma, Fehérvári. Coach: Dr Károly Lakat.
