We travel to last season’s surprise package, fifth-placed Kozármisleny, in round 3 of the Merkantil Bank Liga, with the match kicking off at 19:00 on Sunday. Both teams go into the third test of the season unbeaten: Kozármisleny began with two home draws, while we first drew at Budafok and then won at home against Tatabánya.
“We will face a solid team. They play aggressive football and are strong at home, so we cannot expect an easy match for even a moment. It does not matter that Kozármisleny have not won yet; they are a strong side, and in any case we have to concentrate on our own game and on ourselves, not on anything else. We do our job, and that is how we can contribute most to being successful – Aurél Csertői stressed. – We won our previous match 1–0 against Tatabánya, and besides the victory it is important that we also played better than our opponents. Our aim this time is also to take all three points. Our task will certainly be harder because we are away from home against a leading side that will surely do everything to win, but we also have to give our maximum. I expect a tough match and we would like to return home from Kozármisleny with a victory!“
We will broadcast the HR-Rent Kozármisleny–Budapest Honvéd match on our YouTube channel on Sunday, and you can also watch our second team’s league match, which kicks off at 11:00 on Sunday. If you would rather watch in person, admission to the NB III match at the Honvéd-MFA Youth Centre is free, while ticket information for the Kozármisleny match is available HERE.
