Hungary's U19 side took part in the Vilotic Tournament held in Vojvodina, where the team tested itself against three strong opponents: hosts Serbia, Portugal and Montenegro.
Hungary began the tournament with a 3–1 win over Serbia, followed by a 4–0 defeat to Portugal, before beating Montenegro 1–0 in the final match to finish second.
Two of our players featured for the national team. Simon Benedek started against Serbia and Portugal, playing 60 and 71 minutes respectively, while Szamosi Ádám came on as a substitute in those matches and then started against Montenegro, spending 78 minutes on the pitch.
