“Together with my colleagues, we have agreed on a plan to build a deliberate career pathway for both our young players and our professionals. When I introduced myself, I already mentioned that I consider it important to create a shared outlook and vision that we can all believe in. My aim is for the different specialist areas to support one another and work with commitment in a positive, energetic community. Everyone's work forms part of the continuous development and progress of the youngsters.”
“Continuous communication is important; we must not leave our academy players alone with any problem. Several programmes and development plans have been launched, including the kindergarten programme, through which we want to strengthen ties to the club. We are building the Nort Complex programme on this, and we have also created personalised training plans. Every programme is intended to serve the development of our young players. From the youngest age groups through to entering senior football, we work in line with the previously presented and approved plans, while keeping the club's traditions and values in mind. ”
“We are proud, and it is good feedback that we have supplied seven players to the U17 national team. It is a particular pleasure that 15-year-old Áron Russnák received a call-up, meaning we were also able to send a player from a younger age group. After discussions with the national-team coaches, we received positive feedback on the performances of our players, and we would like to help the youth national teams in the spring elite round as well.”
