The Bp. Honvéd women’s team played an NB I match again after seven years. Our previous top-flight fixture was against Kóka FNLA on 30 April 2017, meaning we returned to the first division after 2,673 days.
Quote of the week
Martin Masaryk, head coach of our women’s team, after the first NB I match against Szent Mihály-Szeged: “Congratulations to Szeged on the victory, and thank you to the girls for their performance on the pitch. My respect goes to my team; we played with humility throughout. We know we are newcomers in the first division, so we still need to gain experience and always focus on ourselves. I could talk about other things too, but there would be no point and it would not do me any good either. The most important thing is to analyse the mistakes and concentrate on our own task. We will keep working and I believe we will continue to improve."

Instead, the teams played a friendly, which Kispesti AC won 5–1. The red-and-blacks’ goals were scored by Morvay (3), Körmendy and Ferenczy.
