Senior team
Our autumn performance exceeded expectations: we finished the season in an excellent position, and our play was convincing both defensively and offensively. The team could have been more efficient in front of goal, which would have resulted in more goals scored. Overall, however, we had an excellent autumn.
There were significant changes in the spring: injuries to key players had a major impact on our results. As newcomers, we finished eighth, which – despite all the difficulties – is a respectable achievement for a team completing its first top-flight season.

U19
Our U19 team performed in line with expectations. This age group is regarded as the gateway to the first team, and our aim is for players to progress from here into the senior squad. I must highlight Lilla Zrínyi, who scored 31 goals and delivered an outstanding performance. We see considerable potential in her, which could take her towards the first team in the future.
At this age, the qualities that point towards a path to the first team must already be visible. Fifth place overall gives a realistic picture of the team’s season.

U16
Our U16 team received significant help from the U14 age group, with several players regularly playing up. As a result, we were often at a disadvantage against physically more mature opponents. Nevertheless, by the end of the season a healthy team unit was beginning to form from a combination of 14- and 16-year-old players.
Although we came up short in several matches, the girls battled hard, and in many cases the decisive factor was simply an outstanding individual performance from the opposition.

U14
Of our youth teams, the U14 age group achieved the best result, finishing second in their group. Development is most visible at this age: our players made major progress physically, tactically and technically. This continuous improvement made the podium finish possible.
The team’s shared mindset and positive attitude towards training contributed greatly to the success – and can set an example for every other age group as well.

Pre-academy
During the half-season we took part in the Bozsik Programme four times, where players in the youngest age groups became acquainted with football. The main objective remains to make them love the sport, but the first tactical elements are already visible: positioning in the 4+1 formation has become more deliberate.
At U12 level we can already speak about team structure and positional awareness. Several talented players have emerged, some of whom may continue with the U14 team next year.
The girls taking part in the Bozsik Programme met expectations, and several produced outstanding performances in matches.
It was a busy half-season: it began with winter indoor tournaments, continued with league matches and concluded with end-of-season fixtures.
Head coaches: Dr Tünde Horváth, Zoltán Csillik
We would like to thank the parents of every age group for their active and helpful support, which was an indispensable part of this year’s work and results.
