Ahead of next Tuesday's home European Championship qualifier against Spain, Hungary's U21 national team hosted Slovakia, the hosts of the age-group continental tournament, at the Új Hidegkuti Nándor Stadium.
Two of our players, Benczenleitner Barna and Szabó Alex, started the match and both played the full game, while Dúzs Gellért was named among the substitutes. Our loanee Kerezsi Zalán, who plays for PAFC, came on in the 78th minute.
Slovakia took the lead in the 30th minute, then we equalised early in the second half. However, the visitors scored again in the 71st minute and won 2–1.
