The 2026/27 OTP Bank Liga season also kicks off at home on August 1, when MTK Budapest visit the Bozsik Arena. The match was originally scheduled for 19:30, but due to exceptional weather conditions and the resulting potential difficulties with the energy supply, the Hungarian Football Federation (MLSZ) has introduced immediate measures to reduce energy consumption. Kick-off has therefore been moved to 17:30.
Stand information:
Under a ruling by the MLSZ Disciplinary Committee, the central part of the supporters' end (B3–B4–B5) will remain closed. Our supporters' group asks everyone wishing to cheer the team on loudly to buy tickets for sectors B6–B7 or C1–C2–C3. Please note that supporters with tickets for C sectors must enter the Bozsik Arena through the 'C' entrance gates.
In related news, contrary to earlier reports, the MLSZ has also changed the order and nature of the sanctions. The sanctions currently in force are therefore as follows:
First home match (MTK Budapest): sectors B3, B4 and B5 closed
Second home match (Vasas FC): entire B stand closed
Third home match (ZTE FC): sector B5 closed
Fourth home match (Újpest FC): match played behind closed doors
Our club's management has asked the Permanent Court of Arbitration for Sport to suspend temporarily the sanctions affecting our third and fourth home matches, pending the outcome of proceedings concerning disciplinary penalties imposed after supporter behaviour at the match against Vasas FC on May 10. The court has granted our request to suspend enforcement.
Ticket information:
As previously reported, we have switched to a new ticketing system for the new season, offering supporters a considerably more modern and user-friendly experience.
Tickets for the match have been on sale since last week. We encourage everyone to buy their tickets and season tickets online to make admission smoother and take advantage of the more economical option.
Anyone who does not wish to buy online can of course purchase tickets in person: on Thursday at the Kispest Football House or on weekdays at the Honvéd Shop during opening hours.
On matchday, the Honvéd Shop will be open from 15:00 to 22:00, and you can also buy all three of our match shirts in the VIP area during the game. As before, however, tickets will only be sold at the Bozsik Arena ticket offices, which open three hours before kick-off.
Ticket and season-ticket prices are available here.
Let's fill the stands and get behind our team together!
