Honvéd BKE put on a show at home this time: with confident, high-tempo football and almost constant one-way traffic, the team defeated Kelen. The superiority was clear from the opening minutes, with possession hovering around 95 percent and Kispest at times attacking with ten players. The visitors rarely reached Komora’s goal, only through quick counter-attacks, but the Honvéd goalkeeper dealt confidently with every attempt.
Youla marked his return in style in the 9th minute by opening the scoring. Not long afterwards Trembulyák doubled the lead, before Youla added two more before half-time to complete a hat-trick in a single half; based on his chances, he could even have scored six.
The pattern of the game did not change after the break: Csaba Tóth scored our fifth, then the in-form Bence Lannert also got his name on the scoresheet. In the closing stages substitute Andric scored a fine goal, before Csaba Tóth’s second strike completed the 8–0 final score.
Honvéd BKE’s attacking approach produced a dominant and deserved victory. We remain top of the table, one point ahead of MTK and four ahead of Ferencváros.
