What you need to know about Szeged:
Founded: 2011
Number of seasons in the Second Division: 11
Current position: 9th
League record: 3 wins, 6 draws, 2 defeats, 12 goals scored, 10 conceded
Interim head coach: Ádám Simon
Szeged are joint-top for the most draws in the league and have conceded the second-fewest goals this season.
Considering competitive matches, Szeged have lost only three times this season, with two of those defeats coming in their last two matches.
There was a coaching change in Szeged this week. Michael Boris left after the cup elimination against MTK, so Ádám Simon will be on the bench as interim head coach on Sunday.
Shared history:
We have so far played one friendly and two competitive matches against Szeged-Csanád Grosics Akadémia. In 2015 we won a friendly 1-0 thanks to a goal from Richárd Jelena. The two clubs played their first league meeting last October at the Szent Gellért Fórum, where Szeged won 1-0 with a penalty from Bence Bíró. The most recent match took place this April, when Ákos Zuigéber's free-kick goal earned Szeged all three points.
