On Tuesday morning, a statue of club legend József Bozsik was unveiled in front of Stand B of the Bozsik Aréna. Former AC Milan star Kakha Kaladze also spoke at the event.

Speakers at the unveiling included Zoltán Lomnici, president of the Golden Team Committee; Péter Gajda, mayor of Budapest’s 19th district; Péter Szijjártó, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade; and Kakha Kaladze, a two-time Champions League winner and Italian champion.

The Georgian legend – who currently serves as mayor of the capital, Tbilisi – also visited the Budapest Honvéd Academy after the unveiling.
