After goals from Vachter Fanni, Nagy Panna and Kovács Mira gave us a 3–1 win over Astra HFC, we hosted Topolya at the academy in the next stage of our preparations. ZFK TSC compete in the Serbian women's top flight and have enjoyed significant success over the past two seasons. In 2024–2025 they reached the Serbian Cup final for the first time in the club's history, eventually losing 1–0 to Crvena zvezda and finishing as runners-up. They then took another step forward in the league: Vajda Fangyó's side finished second in 2025–2026, completing a historic season.
Topolya threatened twice in quick succession: first Bokros Veronika produced an excellent save, then Milica Gaković sent in a cross that went wide of the post. Neither the weather nor our visitors made things easy for us. In the 30th minute they came close to taking the lead when a shot struck the crossbar. Late in the first half Masa Ninković took a corner and delivered into the box, but our substitute goalkeeper Széchenyi Szonja gathered confidently. Although Topolya created more chances in the first half, the teams went into the break goalless.
Our play improved after the restart and we soon took the lead. In the 47th minute Vachter Fanni aimed for the bottom-right corner, and Bánfi Gréta reacted superbly to the rebound before firing into the net (1–0). Not long afterwards we threatened from a set piece: following Vachter's delivery, Sain Anna tried from 18 metres, but the ball went wide of the right post. As the match entered its closing stages, Krizsan Nikolett also made her contribution with an excellent save to help secure the victory.

ZFK TSC: Stefanović – Marjanović, Jovičić, Popović, Bečić, Gruji, Jošić, Marjanović. Ninković, Osmajić, Gaković. Head coach: Vajda Fangyó
Dörnyei Balázs, head coach: “We were flat in the first half and our timing was off in many situations. We tried to work on one or two new things with the girls, including a different shape. It was the first time we had played this way during the week, and what I wanted from the match was a clearer picture of what works and what does not. We have to admit that several things did not work in the first half, but that was not necessarily a tactical issue; it was more about the right mentality being missing. It was important that we were able to make changes and substitutions at half-time. In the second half what we had planned worked much better: we won the ball in the areas where we wanted to and were able to launch dangerous counter-attacks from them."
Krisztin Sára: “They surprised us in the first half, they were very good at winning second balls and we lost a lot of duels. It was a difficult match against a very hard-working team. In the second half we were able to get on top of them, and the substitutes also made a good impact, so overall I think we deserved to win."
