Slovan Bratislava II currently sit 10th in the 14-team Slovak second division. The Bratislava side have not drawn a match this season, with a record of five wins and nine defeats. The blue-and-whites' top scorer in the autumn was Nigerian Elvis Isaac with four goals. The team's head coach is Vladimir Gala, who has been in charge for four years.
From our squad, Dávid Holman and Patrik Pinte have both spent time with the Bratislava club. Holman made 141 competitive appearances for Slovan's first team, recording 31 goals and 33 assists, and scored twice in four matches for the second team. During that period he celebrated five league titles and three cup wins. Pinte registered one assist in six matches for Slovan's first team, while scoring two goals in 23 appearances for Slovan II. Our 28-year-old forward did not have to wait long for his first goal in Kispest: his strike decided the pre-season match against Kozármisleny on his debut, while Tamás Feczkó also began his spell on our bench with a victory.
We last faced a Slovak team in a pre-season match in the summer of 2021, when we drew 1-1 with Sered.
Saturday's match will be our 109th against a team from Slovakia. Our record stands at 59 wins, 16 draws and 33 defeats.
After the match we will publish both written and video highlights on our official platforms. We will also broadcast next week's game against Komárom VSE (Friday, 11.00) and the matches at the training camp in Turkey live.
