According to the original schedule, the Merkantil Bank Liga match in Round 8 would have been Karcagi SC–Budapest Honvéd FC. However, at the newly promoted club, the away sector is being rebuilt and they want to ensure that our supporters can attend the match in appropriate numbers. The sector will only be completed for the spring season, so that would not be possible in this case. Karcagi SC therefore asked our club and MLSZ to swap the home-team rights. All parties agreed, so the match drawn for 28 September will be played at home at the Bozsik Aréna, kicking off at 19:00.
As a result, after the international break we will play three consecutive home league matches between 21 September and 5 October: against Békéscsaba (21 September, 19:00), Karcagi SC (28 September, 19:00) and Tiszkécskei LC (5 October, 17:00).
The Karcag match (Merkantil Bank Liga, Round 23) is dated 22 March 2026; MLSZ will announce the exact kick-off time together with the spring rounds.
