The preliminary scheduling of our team’s spring league programme was completed this week.
We host Videoton at 20:00 on February 2 in the closing match of Round 16 to open the spring campaign, with M4 Sport broadcasting the game live. We then remain in the capital: our away match at Budafok is followed by the Hungarian Cup tie against ESMTK at the Bozsik Aréna (and, if we progress, we can play all subsequent matches in the competition in Kispest except the final), before two home league fixtures. In March we travel outside Budapest several times. On the first day of the month we head to Csákvár, and two weeks later begin a run of three consecutive away trips, first to Békéscsaba, then Karcag and finally Tiszakécske; the last of those matches follows an international break. We play only one league match in front of our own supporters during the month, when Kecskemét visit Kispest, currently scheduled for March 8 unless the television selection affects the date. In Békéscsaba we play on Saturday rather than Sunday, because matches cannot be staged on March 15.
Our home kick-off times change in April, with matches at the Bozsik Aréna starting at 19:00. In addition to Tiszakécske, we also have an away trip to Mezőkövesd. May brings the final away league game outside the capital in Szeged, the biggest derby of the campaign against Vasas, and finally the season finale in Zugló.
In spring, our non-televised home matches will kick off uniformly at 17:00 until April and at 19:00 from mid-April.
Kick-off times may still change, primarily because of television broadcasts. Matches not shown by M4 Sport will continue to be available live on our YouTube channel.
