Gábor Kovács's side built a two-goal lead in the first half. Tibor Szabó scored in the 14th minute, then Tamás Csilus found the net in first-half stoppage time. Csepel pulled one back through Fülöp Halácsi in the 80th minute, but László Takács's side could not find an equaliser, so we recorded our first away win of the season.
Interestingly, on 4 May our second team played a league match against Csepel and our first team faced Szeged, and on 9 November both matches ended with the same final score.
