The collection runs until December 10, and our aim is to deliver as many good-quality gifts as possible to children and families in need in Kispest and Transylvania.
What do we ask from donors?
Please bring donations to us packed in boxes and only send items that are in good, usable condition. We particularly welcome the following:
- toys
- books
- sweets
- non-perishable food
- school supplies, colouring books
- sportswear
- other clothing
Every donation is a huge help!
Where and when can donations be dropped off?
We provide several options for dropping off gifts:
- Honvéd Shop – during opening hours
- Match against BVSC – at the collection point set up next to the shop
- Honvéd Academy – at the designated collection point, essentially at any time (address: Temesvár Street 25/A, accessible from Bozsik József Promenade)
Who will receive the gifts?
- For those who would like to help locally, their gifts will go to an organisation supporting people in need in the district, ensuring that assistance reaches families living in the area.
- Through our partner club in Transylvania, FK Csíkszereda, part of the donations will be sent to children in Hungarian-populated communities in Harghita County who are in need.
