Noel began playing football in Kozármisleny, then, after a spell in Pécs, continued his career at our Academy in 2018. After quickly progressing through the youth ranks, he made his NB I debut as a substitute in Felcsút, becoming the youngest academy player in the club's history to do so. The 20-year-old attacking midfielder played 66 competitive matches for Honvéd in all competitions, scoring three goals and providing five assists.
Our club wanted to keep Noel and extend his contract, but the player did not wish to take up that option and decided to leave. Honvéd respects Noel's decision and – although he still had one year remaining on his contract – did not stand in the way of his request. He therefore joins Slovenian second-division side NK NAFTA 1903 of Lendava for a transfer fee.
