Kocsis joined our club in 2017, initially developing with the U14 side at the Magyar Futball Akadémia before progressing through the academy ranks and making his debut for our senior teams.
He made his NB III debut in the 2021-22 season and his NB II debut two seasons later under Máté Pinezits, in the match against ETO FC Győr. In the previous campaign he was named in the starting line-up six times and came on as a substitute on five occasions. In the current season, however, he has worn the Honvéd shirt only twice – both times as a substitute – against Kozármisleny and then Mezőkövesd. Our defender joins autumn leaders Kozármisleny on loan for a year and a half (we face them at the Bozsik Aréna on 24 February).
Alongside Kocsis, Rácz is also leaving our club. Our 21-year-old forward arrived from Ferencváros in 2018. From then on he spent three seasons with MFA teams and also made his debut in the third division. In February 2022, however, he moved to Debrecen, where he was able to help his team-mates as a substitute in four NB I matches. After loan spells in Szeged and Kozármisleny, he started the 2024-25 season back at Honvéd, but was given only 28 minutes with the first team. Rácz has joined Békéscsaba on loan for half a year.
