A new player announcement is always a great chance to get our community talking. Some fans immediately look up the new signing, others form an opinion straight away, and of course there is always someone who steals the show with a single word or sentence.
As usual, plenty of comments arrived after we announced Reda Eddarraj. Alongside the familiar reactions, a few comments really made us smile, so we decided to pick the three funniest.
In future, we want to do more than introduce our new players on the pitch: we also want to give creativity a place in our comments section. Starting today, after every signing announcement we will choose the three funniest comments and reward them with valuable prizes. This time, those prizes are our three shirts (red-and-black, white and black). Our latest winners will receive their prizes at half-time during the match against ZTE FC.
