We travelled to Kozármisleny in round 10 of the Merkantil Bank Liga. The hosts went into the match in good form: they had advanced in the Hungarian Cup and were unbeaten in their last three league matches against BVSC-Zugló, Videoton and Budafok. Tamás Feczkó made two changes to the starting eleven from our previous league match against Tiszakécskei LC: Ádám Szamosi and István Pekár came in for Ákos Zuigeber and Ádám Somogyi. In the fifth minute Lékai pushed away a free-kick from Csontos, but despite that the match did not begin well for us. In the seventh minute, after an innocuous situation, Tomás Tujvel kicked the ball against Babinszky Bence, from whose leg it ended up in the bottom-left corner (1–0). In the ninth minute Kántor tried his luck with his left foot from the corner of the penalty area, his shot flying centimetres over the crossbar. A minute later, following a Hangya cross, he headed again, this time into Lékai’s hands.
In the 11th minute Ujváry passed to Szamosi, but Lékai was alert again to the shot from our midfielder returning from injury. In the 29th minute, at the end of an attractive passing move, Szamosi sent Kántor through and he shot past Lékai into the right side of the goal (1–1). A few moments later Gyurcsó took aim at the home goal, his effort flying just centimetres over. The half ended with a shot from Medgyes that Lékai saved. After the restart we created the first chance when Kántor was played through following a counter-attack, but Lékai saved with his foot. In the 53rd minute Hangya crossed and Medgyes came within inches of reaching the ball and turning it into the net. A minute later Kántor flicked the ball on and, after a fine sequence of dribbles, Medgyes found himself facing goal, but Lékai again closed the angle well. In the 58th minute Lékai launched the ball to substitute Jelena, who had stayed forward. Surrounded by two defenders, he first held the ball up before shooting into the right corner (2–1). In the 69th minute Lékai had to make a big save from a Csontos free-kick. In the 80th minute, following a cross from the left, Jelena headed again and Tujvel had to produce a superb stop. No further goals were scored in the remaining minutes.
An extremely important match awaits us in the next round, as on Sunday we host Mezőkövesd, who currently occupy a promotion place.

We conceded goals worthy of a slapstick comedy. After the first goal we had enormous territorial superiority despite the home side constantly breaking up the game. We created a huge number of chances and unfortunately converted only one. Early in the second half we went through one-on-one with the goalkeeper and did not score. Then we conceded the second from a counter-attack; Fortuna was on their side as well, but you cannot miss this many chances without punishment. There were individual performances I was not satisfied with, but even so we had a huge number of opportunities. Matches like this have to be closed out and won. After 2–1 we took a lot of risks and both sides had chances to score. Desire was decisive; the home side showed how you have to fight. That deserves great credit, congratulations to them!
