Round 9 of the NB III South-East Group was played on Sunday, with our second team away to BKV Előre. Last season's meeting between the sides in Józsefváros ended goalless, and until the 71st minute it looked as though history might repeat itself. Then Sebestyén Ihrig-Farkas broke the deadlock, giving us the lead going into the final twenty minutes (0–1). Unfortunately, just as several late finishes have gone against us this season, it happened again. In stoppage time referee Mihály Török showed Gergő Tasi a straight red card and the hosts were awarded a penalty, which László Kerék converted in the 90+9th minute to rescue a point for the yellow-and-blues.
Our second team hosts ESMTK at the Magyar Futball Akadémia next week.
