The Hungary U17 national team travelled to Spain with three Honvéd players – Zsombor Liziczay, Áron Russnák and Tamás Somogyi – in the squad, and played their first friendly of the year there on Wednesday against Ireland. Our 16-year-old academy player, who had also made his senior-team debut in a friendly in September, started and played the full match, which Ireland won 1–0. The two teams will meet again on Saturday from 11:00.
