Although the season is already over, the board still 'owed' its selections for the best players of March and April. As is known, in February our 42-year-old goalkeeper, Tomás Tujvel received the award, while in March our 19-year-old midfielder Ádám Szamosi took the honour. Szamosi, who provided three assists, finished ahead of Ákos Zuigeber, who scored in both Karcag and Békéscsaba, and Tomás Tujvel, who produced reliable performances throughout the season. Ádám Szamosi played a key role in the month's successes, starting four competitive matches during this period, three of which ended in victory for us. Our player contributed two assists to the away win over Békéscsaba, while in the Hungarian Cup quarter-final against DVTK (Honvéd–DVTK, 1–0), he provided the assist for Ádám Gyurcsó.
With his performances and work rate, our player made a major contribution to the team's results. His development and attitude have been exemplary, so he fully deserves the recognition.
There was no player in the team who delivered an outstanding performance during April, so the award will not be presented for that month. The board will decide on May's best player at a later date.
