We are delighted to announce the signing of 30-year-old Bosnia-and-Herzegovina–Austrian dual-national goalkeeper Osman Hadžikić. Our new goalkeeper arrives in Kispest with significant international experience. During his career he has played for Austria Wien – making 75 competitive appearances for the club – and Admira Wacker in Austria, as well as FC Zürich in Switzerland, Velež Mostar in Bosnia – where he was twice named the league's best goalkeeper – and, most recently, Croatian top-flight side Slaven Belupo.
As an Austria Wien player, Hadžikić reached the UEFA Europa League group stage twice, facing teams including AS Roma and AC Milan. In addition to the experience he gained in European competition, he was also a regular for Austria's youth national teams. He was selected in Bosnia and Herzegovina's squad for the 2026 World Cup, but missed the tournament through injury. In Hadžikić, our squad gains an experienced goalkeeper who has also proven himself at international level.
