After November, we have once again presented our 'Player of the Month' award. Based on the votes of the five-member board, Tomás Tujvel was judged the best performer in February, finishing ahead of Szilveszter Hangya and Ákos Baki, who also delivered excellent performances. Our 42-year-old goalkeeper played a key role in the month's successes. He featured in five matches, four of which we won (Videoton FC Fehérvár, Szentlőrinc, FC Ajka, Aqvital FC Csákvár), and in the latter two he also kept clean sheets.
This is not the first time our experienced goalkeeper has featured prominently in the club's internal assessments: in November, alongside Dominik Csontos and Zoltán Medgyes, he was again among the three best-performing Honvéd players. On that occasion, the Player of the Month award was 'pocketed' by the first two.
