In round 6 of the Simple Women's League, our women's football team hosts Soroksár at the Honvéd MFA Youth Centre. Sori picked up their first point of the season in the previous round with a draw against Szekszárd, and currently sit second from bottom in the table, ahead of Astra.
Honvéd played an excellent match against defending champions Ferencváros last week, with the score level until the 84th minute. Our newly promoted team has collected four points so far and occupies ninth place in the table. An added twist is that Ráhel Váradi joined Honvéd from Soroksár. The two teams have never previously faced each other in a competitive match.
