Diósgyőr have recorded one win and two defeats so far. They beat Budaörs 2–1 in the opening round, then lost 3–1 to Szent Mihály and were beaten 5–1 by PAFC. DVTK have played one match fewer so far, as their league fixture against Ferencváros will be played at a later date.
Our team most recently drew with MTK, meaning that after Fradi we also picked up a valuable point against the blue-and-whites from the capital. We also defeated Szent Mihály, while we lost to the side from Felcsút.
Last season Honvéd won 1–0 at home, while losing 3–0 in Diósgyőr.
Interestingly, several of our players previously played for the Miskolc club: Fanni Vachter, Anna Sain, Sára Krisztin, Fruzsina Schildkraut, Krisztina Kerekes, Nelli Szilvási and Maria Palama.
