Our NB I team played their third friendly within a week. Due to the many injuries, our U19 player Kovács Míra was also named in the starting line-up, making her first-ever senior appearance. The game was subdued on both sides, with the teams focusing mainly on keeping possession. In the 31st minute, Csuhai gave us the lead following a corner from the left. (1-0)
Several of our regular starters came on after the break, and the second half was faster and more dynamic, although we still rarely got close to the opposition goal. In the 61st minute, the Slovak side equalised with a penalty taken by goalkeeper Cervikova. Our opponents had two more chances near the end of the match, but there were no further goals.
Two players from our U19 team made their senior debuts: in addition to Kovács Míra, Bagdi Doroti also came on in the second half.
Our women's team will next host Szeged on Sunday, February 9 at 13:00, again in a friendly. The league season begins in March.
