Convincing victory over SZVSE!

Gábor Kovács's team started the match with greater intensity and after just over ten minutes we managed to take the lead,  Kis breaking towards goal before finishing left-footed past Balogh. Midway through the half we doubled our advantage: after a cross, Somogyi fired the loose ball into the unguarded net. After the restart the match was effectively decided; Somogyi struck again in the 52nd minute to score our third goal. Kenéz then put the finishing touch on the victory in the 76th minute, sealing a comfortable 4-0 win over the Szeged side.

In the next round, on October 6, we visit BKV Előre!

"I feel we were able to dominate throughout the entire match and were superior to our opponents in every aspect of the game. I specifically highlighted to the players that even in the area where the opposition are strong, the one-on-one duels, we matched them. So hats off to the boys, huge congratulations, and I also made a point of highlighting that we did not concede. This is our first league clean sheet of the season, so everything came together today."
