Information, facts and figures – everything you need to know about the match against PAFC.

Our women's team prepared for the midweek round with a convincing victory, winning 5–0 away to DVTK on Sunday. Thanks to goals from Maria Palama, Eszter Csáki and Sára Krisztin, we went into the second half with a three-goal lead, before Simona Horváthová and Fanni Vachter turned the win into an emphatic one. We continue our campaign at home on Wednesday, when we host Kinga Halászi's side at the academy in Round 8 of the Simple Women's League. Our opponents beat newly promoted Astra HFC 2–1 in the previous round and therefore go into the match from fourth place in the table, with four wins, two draws and one defeat.

PAFC's women's football team began competing in the second division in the 2020-2021 season and in recent years has become a stable, influential member of the Simple Women's League. Last season, for the first time in the team's history, they reached the Simple Women's League final, where they faced Ferencváros for the championship title. The Budapest side won both matches convincingly, beating Kinga Halászi's team first 6–2 and then 8–0, with PAFC ultimately finishing the competition as runners-up.

Head-to-head history:

We have faced PAFC five times so far, but have not yet managed to beat them. We last met Kinga Halászi's side in March, when the match ended in a goalless draw and we earned our first point against the team from Felcsút.
