Two of our players called up to Hungary U19s

The next programme for the Hungary U19 national team will take place from 10 to 12 May 2026, with training sessions in Telki designed to prepare the squad for the 2027 European Championship. 

In April, the Hungarian age-group national team took part in European Championship qualifying, losing 3–0 to both reigning European champions Spain and Portugal. Hungary ended the campaign with a 1–1 draw against Northern Ireland, which also meant relegation to League B. 

However, national-team coach Tibor Gajdóczi's side are guaranteed participants at the home European Championship, so from this year these short training camps will be organised on a monthly basis with the aim of ensuring the players are as well prepared as possible.
