According to the federation's announcement, a decision taken on Saturday to save energy means that league matches will begin at times that significantly reduce energy consumption, particularly by avoiding the need for floodlights. Accordingly, the MLSZ Competition Committee has changed the kick-off times for round three of the OTP Bank Liga, also taking into account the requests of the television rights holder. Our first team visit Paks on Sunday, August 9; the MLSZ has moved kick-off from the originally scheduled 17:00 to 15:30.

Gábor Kovács's side were due to continue their third-tier campaign against Vasas II on Wednesday. However, because of exceptional weather conditions, the MLSZ introduced immediate measures to protect the health of players, coaches and other sporting professionals, match officials and spectators. The match will therefore not take place. Round two of NB III has been postponed by one week; the exact kick-off time will be confirmed later.
Our second team opened the season against Békéscsaba at 11:00 on July 26, playing out a goalless home draw with the purple-and-whites in the opening round of the South-East group.
