Four of our players called up for the Hungary U19 women's programme in Spain

As previously reported, training sessions preparing for the 2027 UEFA Women's U19 European Championship, which Hungary will host, were held in Telki on February 16-17, with Petra Gégény and Nelli Szilvási receiving call-ups. According to information from the Hungarian Football Federation (MLSZ), these short training camps will be organised monthly from this year, with the aim of ensuring the age group's players are as well prepared as possible for the continental tournament.

The Hungary U19 team's next programme will take place between February 23 and March 7, 2026 and will include friendly matches in Spain. In addition to Petra Gégény and Nelli Szilvási, Petra Nyul and Gyöngyvér Szalay from our club will also be able to wear the national-team shirt.

Over the next two weeks, the age-group national team will play two friendly matches. Hungary will first face Sweden and then the United States.
