As is well known, the club's management has been presenting the Player of the Month award since November. Five players have received the honour so far (Dominik Csontos, Zoltán Medgyes, Tomás Tujvel, Ádám Szamosi and István Pekár). The first winner of the new season is Ádám Somogyi, who has made a spectacular breakthrough in NB I.
At the end of July, Ádám – together with his brother Tamás – extended his contract with the club, and made an excellent start to the 2026-27 season: he announced himself with a stunning goal in our home league match against MTK, has regularly been among the best players on the pitch and most recently, moving up an age group, was also called up to the U21 national team.
Congratulations, Ádám!
