Our second team back in the South-East Group

On Thursday afternoon MLSZ announced the NB III group line-ups, with Kispest–Honvéd FC II once again placed in the South-East Group.

The field has changed in several places compared with last season: Martfű, Tiszaföldvár and Békéscsaba II were relegated, while Békéscsaba's first team, who dropped out of NB II, have joined the group. Szolnoki MÁV FC have also returned, while Sándorfalva have been promoted. Dunaharaszti will compete in a different group after one year, with Újpest II taking their place in the South-East Group.

The list includes several clubs with NB I history, such as Békéscsaba, Csepel and Szolnok, as well as the Budapest trio of III. Kerület, BKV Előre and ESMTK. Our partner club, our first team's next opponents and the defending group champions Monor will also compete in this section again. There will be some “mini derbies” too: in addition to Vasas II, we will now also face Újpest II in league competition.

The following teams await Kovács Gábor's side in the league season:

1. Békéscsaba 1912 Előre

2. BKV Előre
